Our Scheme

The Community Government Council commenced operations on the 22rd April 1993. This links to the Northern Territory Legislation Database where the most recent version of the Anmatjere Community Government Scheme can be downloaded as a PDF of RTF document.

The Community Government Scheme explains how the Council runs. This includes the Area of Governance , how Elections are held, the Elected Members within the council, the procedure of the Meetings and the Council Responsibilities .
